Return Policy
Pudim Flan may exchange non-custom jerseys for difference in sizes, provided they have not been worn and are in a new condition.
However, the shipping costs of the exchanged product are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid in advance of the shipment.
In customized products it is impossible to exchange, since it will be invalid for sale to another customer. If the order was placed incorrectly or if you simply do not like the product, it may be returned if it is not customized and is in a new state, without use.
Any complaint, exchange request or return request must be made within 7 working days after receiving the order through the email provided in the contacts.
